How do I recover deleted file in iPAQ runing windows software?

I can't find the recycle bin.

1. unfortunatly you cant, your ipaq has a flash memory and when its deleted its totally shredded, you cant get it back. even I had the same problem, lost a couple of documents when I ran out of battery
