How Do i Recover a deleted file on my camra?

I just Deleted all the files on my Digital camra and is there anyway to retrieve them..i have no memory card in it..please let there be away.

2. It can't be done, the internal memory has been wiped
3. If you didn't turn off the camera yet then there is a button on the camera that will undo what you deleted if you shut the camera off you are out of luck

5. Go to freewarefiles. com. They have several recover programs there that should do the job for you.
