How can I recover the system file that are deleted by 3rd party software without buying their software?

I use the System Mechanic 7 Software (trial version). It cause my computer not to function properly due to great volume of file deleted almost 45,000 but the version allow only 3 file to recover

1. Reinstall/ Repair Windows. And NEVER again use 3rd Party software of your system specially software with limited functions. - If you have to install such software read reviews on the internet about that software before installing it.
2. Sounds like you used the delete duplicate files in system machanic.Try running system restore,Start,point to all programs,accessories,system tools,system restore.If that doesn't help then the best thing to do is reformat the hard drive.Good luck
