i jsut deleted a file is there anyway to recover recently deleted items?

i just deleted a song i was writing on audacity and i heard somewhere you could recover recently deleted items. is that true?

1. Try looking in the Recycle Bin (located on the desktop of your computer). But if you just forgot to save it or something, it won't be there. Good luck :)
2. If it's not in the Recycle Bin, you can try Restoration, a program for recovering deleted files. Here's a guide for using it.
