Software Backups

I am looking for software that can backup my hard drive to a bootable DVD (or 2). What are some optios?

My used space is about 7GB so it would take 2 DVDs. I want to be able to boot the computer to the first DVD so that it can restore the system state without reinstalling the OS and the backup software.
