is it at all possible to recover deleted files from yahoo mail?

Is it at all possible to recover deleted files from yahoo mail? Or are they gone forever? Just curious because I accidently deleted an email I wanted to save... Any help at all would be welcome! Thanks!

2. If you have deleted it from your inbox, it will be in your deleted box. But once you have deleted it from your deleted box, it is gone.
