how can I disable data recovery software?

I've a mobile phone. I've taken some personal family pictures and videos . I've deleted that pictures and videos. I came to know that these can be retrieved by data recovery software.How could I make impossible?

1. take random photos and videos of anything, completely filling up the cameras memory; that will overwrite all the previously deleted files making them permanently deleted, even for data recovery software. Just to be sure, fill up cameras memory and delete all, several times.
2. The person would need physical accesses to your phone for the internal memory and you can format any external flash card your using. As above doesn't do any harm to write over any files etc... same with flash format then write a file about the same size as the media, then re format and it will be completely clean. However all said aren't you being a bit paranoid ?
3. Go to my computer properties and disable system restore on all the drives.
