1. You can try TuneUp Utilities, it has an utility to recover deleted files. Deleting files is made by deleting the pointer to them from the file system (like NTFS or FAT32). The space that the file used is declared free, so it can be overwritten by other files. Once overwritten, a file will be unrecoverable. And here is a free one: http://www.piriform.com/recuva
2. Try 'Recuva' from file hippo, then cross your fingers.
