need a program for data recovery?

need a free program dor data recovery for documents writen in word and excel and photos.i'ved tryed some programs but they diden't let me to copy my data in the computer because they ware only demos so i need a program which lets me to copy the DELETED FILES in the computer. plss hepl

1. the freeware to do it is ''getdataback''. Suppose you can find it on download.com. If not google it.
